A: No, currently it only backup the apk files of apps.

How to send the apps apk to drop box?
A: First go to google market and download the dropbox app. click Restore Tab, long click on the app that you want to send, then click Dropbox.

How to take App backup ?
A: Just install app and you will see the app listing on dashboard then select apps you want to backup and then click on backup button.. wait for a few seconds and voila..

This app named Apk Backup CANNOT backup/restore data or settings of apps, it only backup/restore apk files.
If you do factory reset, apps will be lost if you have taken backup files in local storage.

Before doing factory reset please follow work around:
Select Apk backup folder and move to SD card (or)
Select your backup files and send to google drive or Drop box (or)
Connect device to PC and copy backup files.
