This application is useful for professionals who work with patients, such as caregivers of the elderly, physiotherapists, dermatologists, medical clinics, dentists, dentists, estheticians and even caregivers of elderly relatives and need to record consultations and test results for accompany the patient to the doctor.

The application allows patients to register. Once the patient has been registered you will include pages to your record, similar to an electronic patient record or medical record.

Each page has a content type that can be text or document scanned through the camera on your device.

You can scan (photograph) test results, radiographs, pictures of the patient or illness, dispatched prescriptions and others.

With the text pages you can can record the reports of queries, complaints, anamnesis, prescriptions and others.

Each page included accompanies the date of inclusion and a title. You can explore this, including for example a page of text for each query, a page for anamnesis and you can also supplement the information of these pages over time.

All registered documentation can be exported to PDF format or sent by email or archived in your virtual drive.

The application has a feature for you to sort or position the pages in the desired sequence. For example, you can keep all pages of queries in sequence, test results, and so on.

For every registered image, you have the option to make annotations in the image itself as comments of texts, highlights, annotations, notes etc.

You can also add pictures or pictures of the human body as a template, to reuse in the notes of each patient's tokens, to indicate right / left sides or to point out the sites of the illness.
