School 14 Bis is based on the contribution of constructivist theory partner that has as its central point the premise that learning and development are products of social interaction. The content must be meaningful, it is helpful for the student, when necessary; and the student must be motivated.

Here the student's potential is developed with an open curriculum that allows the acquisition of scientific knowledge with creativity, participation and diversity, in addition to the mandatory core curriculum.
