World is full of potato chips and waiting for you to make ketchup for all food lovers. So be a part of one of the best ketchup maker factory games for kids. Supermarket, bakery, hotels are suffering from shortage of tomato ketchup so let’s start making the yummy ketchup for your customers and foodies. First check all machinery, tools, machines properly and then follow the procedure given bellow and run your own factory.
1. The story of our tomato ketchup factory starts from the lush green fields where farmers are hardly working for growing fresh tomatoes. After farming, ripe tomatoes are plucked to take them to our ketchup factory.
2. Here tomatoes are washed neatly to remove dust and germs for cooking world class ketchup. After washing and cleaning they are dried up and move to isolation sector. Here rotten tomatoes are separated from the fresh ones as rotten tomatoes can spoil the taste.
3. After collecting fresh tomatoes, make their slices with sharp cutter. Then these slices are transferred to a big ketchup maker container where other ingredients are added in the tomatoes such as salt, vinegar, and sugar. Crush everything here to make a paste.
4. Heat up the tomato paste and freeze instantly to kill the germs. Then add flavors in it such as garlic, onion or ginger and your yummy ketchup is ready. But wait our little chef! Few steps are still remaining.
5. Move the paste to the packing section where ketchup is filled in the bottles. Mark your stamp on it so that your customers can have a good quality food from your cooking court to their doorstep, then pack these bottles in the cartons and load them on to the truck to take your product to the shopping malls, restaurants and supermarkets etc. or build your own shop empire for selling your products.
