Official application of the Government of La Rioja to make an appointment online with the doctor / a nurse and / a Primary Health Care Rioja. The application has been developed and promoted by the Department of Information Technology and Communication (DGTIC) of the Government of La Rioja.
 
You can use the application every citizen with a valid health card for La Rioja. The data required to be validated are CIP / TIS and the NIF which are printed on the card. The application offers the following services:
