There are 4 Surahs of the Holy Quran which are known as the 4 Kul/Qul. They include Surah Al-Kafirun , Surah Ikhlas, Surah Al-Falaq and Surah Nas,. They all start from the word 'Qul' which means 'say', hence the title. Reciting these Surahs have many benefits.
• The Prophet p.b.u.h said “Recite Surah Al- Kafiroon and then go to sleep after coming to its end, for it is a clearance from shirk”
• If a person dies while reciting Surah Kaafirun, he is considered a shaheed/martyr
• Reciting it before sleeping keeps a person safe
• About Surah Ikhlas, Prophet (p.b.u.h) said "Whoever recites this surah 10 times, Allah will make a house for him in the Jannah"
• Its recitation is considered equivalent to the 1/3 the recitation of the Quran
• Surah Falaq also has many benefits and is suggested to be recited to seek refuge from the jinns and the evil
• Prophet Muhammad (p.b.u.h) said that if you recite Surah Falaq in your prayers in Ramadan, it would be as if you fasted in Makkah and you'll be rewarded equal to the reward of performing hajj and umrah
• Surah Nas also protects a person from the jinns and the evil
