Odilo Preserver SMEs is a comprehensive solution for document management and preservation for small and medium enterprises. It combines the functionality of an application of document management capabilities Odilo Preserver, so that conservation, access control and organizational documents is ensured.
This is intended to meet the needs of a small or medium organization to manage physical documents and electronic copies thereof, as well as documents generated exclusively in digital. The Odilo Preserver SME solution ensures control, organization, access and display of all corporate documentation. This affects both paper documents, digitized by conventional or advanced capture systems (the system aims to become a link between the physical documents and electronic), as well as various types of electronic documents: office or those that incorporate elements characteristic of the electronic administration, for example, signature through digital certificates.
Odilo capabilities Preserver SMEs:
1) Description and document classification. It involves generating a descriptive record for each document. Allows the manual describing documents and the addition of certain metadata automatically. Further it is including assigning a predefined level classification table; a location in an organizational folder structure; in the case of digitized documents, a metadata signature and a serial number (automatic) for classification and management in the physical system.
2) Input documentation into the system from the classification. It is assigned a documentary and a documentary series. When you consider that it has completed the administrative life of a file, it can happen to preservation
3) Management and archival preservation of closed files. XML is generated in a valid format, which is packaged together with the documents to create a package SIP (Submission Information Package).
