Our cage farm is located in the northern part of Lake Ladoga, the largest lake in Europe. Pure water of Lake Ladoga - always cool and perfect for growing trout and numerous islands and peninsulas that form the archipelago deep in the Karelian part of the lake - creating a natural protection from the harsh winds and waves. When grown in cages, fish grows in natural conditions. Our fish farmers use only the highest quality feed for the fish is strictly not allowed the use of antibiotics and etc.! You can be sure that you are buying an environmentally friendly product. And delicious!

Finnish smokehouse

Not far from our farm, we built a small production and shop. Using Finnish technology and recipe, we are preparing the fish hot and cold smoked, salted fresh trout, and so on. Here, in our cafe, you can try any of the products and to purchase, what liked most.

Apiary

On the vast territory of our farm, we also found a few hives. Bees collect nectar on the pristine meadows Ladoga area, and you are together with us can enjoy the real Karelian honey, which can also be purchased as in the coffee shop and order home delivery.
