Inspired by the Holy Spirit to focus on international Christian Outreaches, Pastor Elsie Obed established the Christian ministry of Lilies International Christian Outreach (LICO). The organization’s mission is to propagate the gospel and increase God-consciousness globally.

LICO’s outreach vision includes:

Internet Ministry: Lilies’ website includes links that transmit sermons, prayers selected radio messages from the Word of Wisdom radio broadcast on-line
Worship His Majesty:Annual intercessory worship event.
Worship, Word and Wonders Monthly Meetings: LICO’s Worship Word and Wonders meetings are six-hour praise, worship and teaching sessions designed to propel Christians forward in their understanding and practice of living the life of a true follower of our Lord Jesus Christ. Word of Wisdom Conferences: Lilies Word of Wisdom Conferences are multi-day events scheduled several times throughout the year and focus on various topics as dictated by the Holy Spirit.
Prevailing Prayers Services: Held at 6:30am on the first of each month, Lilies’ Prevailing Prayers Service is a forum for beginning each month prayerfully and thankfully, with the appropriate reverence for the gift of new beginnings bestowed by the Almighty God.
Altars of Worship: As the Holy Spirit directs, LICO hosts intercessory prayer and worship events designed to create an altar of worship of our Lord Jesus Christ. Past events have included.
● An Altar of Worship for Spiritual and Economic Revival, which was held on Wall Street in New York City with participation from Phil Driscoll, Alvin Slaughter and other anointed worship leaders.
● Inauguration Prayer Service held in January 2009 at the Mayflower Hotel in Washington, DC.
Leadership Ministry:Through the bi-monthly seminars, radio program, conferences and special events, LICO seeks to train and equip Christian Ministry leaders with tools for furthering the goals of the Kingdom of God in an effective and productive manner.
Handmaidens’ Ministry: LICO annually hosts a Time of Refreshing in February designed for women to engage in deep study on Biblical precepts, fellowship and relaxation in a warm weather location. Past sessions have included Perfect Love in Puerto Rico, The Bride of Christ, Yoked with Jesus in the Bahamas etc.
Pastor Elsie Obed, as president of LICO, implements the directives of the Holy Spirit with the full support of her husband Pastor Olusegun Obed of Dayspring Church, New York and a team of spirit filled co-workers.
