No matter how you eat after completing this diet, its promoters claim that the effect of "metabolic boosteur" would last up to 2 years.

 Principle:
This metabolic diet is supposed to lose weight 5 of 10 kilograms in 12 days, depending on the amount of weight you really need to lose.
Be aware that the rate of most healthy and sustainable weight loss is to lose 0.5 to 1 kg per week. To get there, you need to burn 570 to 1,140 calories more than you consume each day.
If you follow the metabolism diet, you agree to follow a strict meal plan that turns the calories consumed daily. For example, one day you get 3 meals, but another will eat you just a "real" meals and two solid meals (based on water, coffee or tea).
Another example is a typical breakfast is a cup of coffee with a lump of sugar. You are not allowed to exchange tea with coffee or water in the plan. Throughout the program, you drink plenty of water (at least 2 liters per day).
