As we all have noticed that Indian (especially Rameshwaram) fishermen are being arrested by the neighbouring countrymen for UNKNOWINGLY CROSSING the national boundary. We felt the need to find a solution for this problem. Sea Border Detector is an app that would display the national boundaries, indicate user's location, and raise alarms on getting closer to the boundary.

The app has two working modes

1. Threat-Prone Areas :
Offline maps are added for common threat-prone areas (currently it holds for Rameshwaram area alone more places will be added soon ) which displays the boundary and user's location.A marker will be displayed on the map indicating user's location and it raises an alarm if the user is closer to the boundary.

2. Common Tracking System :
In this the user can input a distance within which they wish to fish, the application tracks the user around the given distance and raises alarm if 80% of the distance is reached. It also has a compass which indicates the direction.

* In Common Tracking you are expected to give a fishing distance.
* The compass may not work properly in some devices because of the absence of sensors.
* Boundary details are taken from internet, developers are not responsible for any discrepancies.
