The CloudTel is an application, which will log the employees call and sms logs based on the contacts list configured by the employer. The calls can be also configured to get recorded for the company's internal quality purpose. The GEO Location of the employee can be also get logged, so that the employee who is on the field can be utilised efficiently for customer service calls. The recorded files can be synced to the Google Drive and Notes can be added to each file, which will be useful later for search. The call logs and sms can be also synced to the Google Calendar. So that even if the mobile has been upgraded, the details will not be lost. The call logs can be also set to sent as an email to the team, so that the customer calls can never be missed.
