The BC Office Fund is the largest real estate investment trust listed on the stock exchange in Brazil and its shares have been traded on organized markets of BM & FBOVESPA since its IPO, which occurred in December 2010. The BC Fund was established with the aim of adopting an active management of its portfolio, and the primary purpose of investing in commercial office corporate slab of income in Brazil, strategically located in major shopping centers, through the acquisition of commercial real estate offices or rights to property, completed or in the final stages of construction.
