This small town is very well connected via road in other major towns in Tamil Nadu. Few years ago it was very well connected via trains from Chennai to Rameshwaram and Karaikudi but now its totally disconnected due to ignorance of Tamil Nadu/Indian government and selfish political leaders. Adirampattinam is well educated town with lots of literates working in multi national companies in india and abroad.
