This Code establishes corporate standards and rules of official conduct required of Board of Directors and all employees of JSC "Russian Railways' board and determines the relationship of JSC" Russian Railways "with the shareholder, the state authorities, legal entities and individuals, and others.

JSC "Russian Railways" Customers include almost all kinds of organizations and all categories of the population, not only Russia but also other countries. This explains the high requirements for ethical behavior not only in the JSC "Russian Railways", but also in relations with external audiences.
5. JSC "Russian Railways" is committed to modern international standards of corporate governance and ethical norms accepted in modern Russian and international business community.
6. This Code provides a framework of business ethics "Russian Railways" holding includes basic corporate values, standards and rules.
