Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.
Open the APK/XAPK file: Double-click the APK/XAPK file to launch BlueStacks and install the application. If your APK/XAPK file doesn't automatically open BlueStacks, right-click on it and select Open with... Browse to the BlueStacks. Are you receiving messages and calls from unknown numbers ? Use the Call and SMS Blocker to block all the messages and calls from the unknown numbers or block the contacts from the contact list. Make a contact list in the application.

Application is easy to use and learn, with an effective and user friendly interface. The blocked call and SMS are stored in the app and notified to the user, from the notifications displayed on the status bar, so inform the user if messages or calls are received on the device. User can view those SMS and calls afterwards.

A list of contacts can be made or numbers can be added in the black list. Contacts can be added in the black list either from the contacts or from the call logs or manually by the users. The app gives an option to block the call, or messages or both, for any contact, and according to the option selected the specific content is blocked by the application. From the app the message can be sent or call can be made to the user whose call or messages is received and stores in the Blocked Calls or Blocked Messages.

All these features are available in the free version and no need to buy the app. The app contains ads.
