Centinela Ciudadano is a useful and very simple tool created to be used in the state of Morelos that allows the user to make reports 100% ANONYMOUS and in real time about incidents that require direct support from public security institutions. Promotes that the corresponding authorities can act immediately.

This application has different types of reports, all anonymous, for the citizen to choose the type of crime and statistics can be generated for the authorities. Additionally, it is designed so that citizens can call the emergency number of the Control Center and report any type of crime or suspicious situation through the smart cell phone, such as medical emergencies, fire, police, crimes in flagrante, between others.

The citizen's report includes the geo-reference of the position, the possibility of sending text or an image of the report, as well as making a direct call to the emergency lines. This data is transmitted automatically and in real time to a web-based software, to which the Control Center can have secure access, monitor the activity and make decisions on how to act.

Attention: Continuous use of GPS operation in the background can dramatically reduce battery life. The application uses GPS in the background to keep the device located in an emergency even when the application is minimized.
