The "DnieCatastro" application implemented in a completely real way the basic queries available on the website of Cadastre, both online consultations and download certificates and official documents.

Using the NFC and DNIe 3.0 device can securely access the following actual services portal Electronic Office of Cadastre:
- List of Properties. It allows to know the list of properties available to the citizen.
- Property information. Information relating to a particular property.
- Consult records. From here you can obtain information about the files you have open with the Land Registry citizens.
- Download Certificate of property. Request and it allows real-time download a certificate with the goods of citizens in a given municipality. It generates both properties certified as a negative certificate should not have any in the municipality.
- Download graphic description. Application and real-time generation of a document with all cadastral description of a particular property.

The application allows you to store PDF documents downloaded by the user, so they can be sent to third parties or subsequently used in any other process.

All PDF documents Electronic Office of Cadastre that are downloaded with this application can be verified with the service collating documents Land Registry itself. Presenting in that the CSV verification service code (Secure Verification Code) of the downloaded document, you can check that the document is authentic.
