"Valladolid in your hand" is the official app of the Valladolid to report incidents, suggestions or complaints about the city through mobile devices. This application is a way of collaboration with the city of Valladolid; a channel of citizen participation for society to offer to the City of Valladolid suggestions, complaints and incidents occurring in the city.

"Valladolid in your hand" provides the public with the ability to communicate suggestions and incidents on public roads, street furniture, infrastructure, park and gardens, etc. indicating for each different aspects like type, location coordinates, photographs and description of the problem / suggestion.

All communications sent from the application are directly integrated with the management system for Suggestions and Complaints Valladolid City Council for proper care.
The main functions available to users are:
