Take a deep breath
An effective way to strengthen the weak nervous system is to take a deep breath. This will reduce your stress and also help you to relax. Also, deep breathing increases the body's healing power. Sit up straight or lie down. Place your hands on both stomachs. Breathe deeply through the nose so that the stomach will swell. Hold on for a few seconds. Then exhale slowly with your mouth. Do this for 2-3 minutes. Do breathing exercises 2-3 times a day.
