Gruves - Study of Virtual Groups

This application systematise the operation of virtual study groups based on flashcards, whose members can interact remotely using their smartphones or tablets. Such groups may be linked to courses (in person or not) or independent study groups.

The flashcards can be created and studied independently of being linked to a group.

The Gruves enables the exchange of different types of information among its members:
* EXERCISES: you can create and share flashcards groups, which are sets of pairs question / answer to be answered repeatedly until you have the security issue, thereby maximizing learning. Such cards can be question / answer, true / false or multiple choice. They can be "mentalized" response (as conventional flashcards) or answered with the user selecting or typing the answer. flashcards groups (decks issues) can be created in the application itself or defined and imported from an Excel XLS file created by the user (example file: http://gruves.azurewebsites.net/gruves_exemplo.xls). Decking created by other users can also be searched and imported;
* QUESTIONS: questions on a forum, users can send questions and answers to other members of the group
* MATERIALS: is allowed to share URLs of study materials, which can be web pages or shared files on Google Drive or Dropbox;
* MESSAGE: Administrators of a group can send messages on any topic to the other members;
* DATES: Administrators can communicate with group members the date and time of future events, such as classes and exams;
* NOTES: Administrators can assign notes assessments for other members;

The application was developed to be accessible by observing best practices for accessibility Android (https://www.webaccessibility.com/best_practices.php?technology_platform_id=286). In particular, it tried to suit it for a better experience with the use TalkBack, allowing its use by users with visual limitations.
