In this post, I am going to show you how to install Onsite Safety on Windows PC by using Android App Player such as BlueStacks, LDPlayer, Nox, KOPlayer, ...

Before you start, you will need to download the APK/XAPK installer file, you can find download button on top of this page. Save it to easy-to-find location.

Below you will find a detailed step-by-step guide, but I want to give you a fast overview of how it works. All you need is an emulator that will emulate an Android device on your Windows PC and then you can install applications and use it - you see you're playing it on Android, but this runs not on a smartphone or tablet, it runs on a PC.

Step By Step Guide To Install Onsite Safety using BlueStacks

  1. Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.
  2. Open the APK/XAPK file: Double-click the APK/XAPK file to launch BlueStacks and install the application. If your APK/XAPK file doesn't automatically open BlueStacks, right-click on it and select Open with... Browse to the BlueStacks. You can also drag-and-drop the APK/XAPK file onto the BlueStacks home screen
  3. Once installed, click "Onsite Safety" icon on the home screen to start using, it'll work like a charm :D

Onsite Safety is an Australian engineered mobile software tool designed to assist businesses to actively manage the safety of their workers in the field. This is an ideal app for businesses that have staff out onsite. The business administrator can monitor the completion of safety prestart forms submitted by their workers, as well as create and share relevant information through a form builder portal.

Users in the field can access specific checklists related to various hazards in the workplace. In addition users can notify their team of incidents and hazards, and can include simple and useful information such as photos, GPS location pins via Google Maps, and risk ranking.

App users can also access useful safety information through a Safety News Feed provided by several Australian SafeWork regulators.

Once registered, there are 6-Key Hazard groups that are available to be activated by your team administrator for your staff to utilise in the field. These include:

Administrators can create their own checklists and forms which their team can complete and submit in the field.

Through the administrator portal, you are able to view all your vital safety statistics at a quick glance using the Onsite Safety Dashboard. You can manage and create your own forms, sort forms into categories, run reports and add users. Users simply download the Onsite Safety app on their device and complete safety checks without the need for paper copies.
