The outline of our quality approach

The responsibility
Our laboratory is the responsibility of a pharmacist in charge of the implementation and delivery of the preparations. Our pharmacist responsible for quality assurance holds a DESS total quality and has 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

The procedures
Each operation (reception, preparation, control, cleaning ...) is detailed in procedures accessible by all qualified personnel.

The staff
It is formed under the control of the responsible pharmacist. All our trainers are competent within the meaning of the code of public health and trained.

Raw materials
The PHC is supplied by providers with a GMP certificate / GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice / Good Manufacturing Practice) issued by AFSSAPS for suppliers established on French soil or local competent health authorities for implanted suppliers in an EU country.

These providers must provide:
