In this post, I am going to show you how to install OTAI NETWORK on Windows PC by using Android App Player such as BlueStacks, LDPlayer, Nox, KOPlayer, ...
Before you start, you will need to download the APK/XAPK installer file, you can find download button on top of this page. Save it to easy-to-find location.

Below you will find a detailed step-by-step guide, but I want to give you a fast overview of how it works. All you need is an emulator that will emulate an Android device on your Windows PC and then you can install applications and use it - you see you're playing it on Android, but this runs not on a smartphone or tablet, it runs on a PC.

Step By Step Guide To Install OTAI NETWORK using BlueStacks
- Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.
- Open the APK/XAPK file: Double-click the APK/XAPK file to launch BlueStacks and install the application. If your APK/XAPK file doesn't automatically open BlueStacks, right-click on it and select Open with... Browse to the BlueStacks. You can also drag-and-drop the APK/XAPK file onto the BlueStacks home screen
- Once installed, click "OTAI NETWORK" icon on the home screen to start using, it'll work like a charm :D

1. Semua ahli perlu tahu, Otai Network adalah syarikat yang dilantik menjadi Sub Trader untuk program MX3.
2. Hanya ahli yang berdaftar di bawah jaringan Otai Network sahaja yang boleh berurusan untuk sebarang pembelian point dan pengeluaran point dari e-cash anda.
3. Pastikan anda menyimpan segala bukti pembayaran anda untuk rujukan, kegagalan untuk menunjukkan bukti pembayaran menyebabkan proses pembelian E-Trade tidak dapat dilakukan.
4. Sekiranya peserta didapati menipu, keahlian anda akan dibatalkan tanpa sebarang motif.
5. Sekali-lagi diulang syarikat berhak membatalkan keahlian anda jika anda didapati menipu dan memburuk-burukkan program ini tanpa sebarang motif.
6. Semua peserta berhak memilih pakej yang syarikat tawarkan tanpa paksaan dari mana-mana pihak, program ini terbuka kepada semua warga Negara Malaysia yang berumur 18 tahun keatas.
7. Program ini dijalankan sepenuhnya oleh MX3, Otai Network cuma syarikat yang dilantik untuk memudahkan perjalanan program MX3 antara jaringan Otai Network sahaja. Otai Network tidak akan bertanggungjawab di atas sebarang kerugian ahli yang berdaftar.
8. Pembayaran E-Cash akan dilakuksn antara 5-7 hari bekerja tidak termasuk sabtu, ahad & public holiday.
9. Semua bonus akan dibayar secara terus ke dalam akaun bank anda.
10. Jumlah minimum pengeluaran E-Cash 30 dan tiada had pengeluaran.
11. Setiap kali pengeluaran bonus ke akaun ahli di kira RM 2.80 untuk 1 E-Cash.
12. Sila pastikan data ahli telah kemaskini terlebih dahulu, seperti no akaun bank, nama bank, nombor kad pengenalan, id global dan jumlah pengeluaran.
13. Pihak kami berhak menukar segala terma dan syarat jika dirasakan sesuai tanpa mengeluarkan notis terlebih dahulu.
14. Syarikat berdaftar dengan SSM . Oleh itu pelanggan dan kami, termaktud dengan undang-undang consumer, iaitu akta pelanggan dengan pihak syarikat, oleh itu sila pastikan anda memahami, konsep perjalanan program ini, sebelum anda menyertai kami, dan pihak kami tidak bertangjawab dengan kesilapan atau salah faham yang ahli terima sebelum bersetuju menyertai kami.
Dengan membaca segala terma dan syarat anda telah bersetuju untuk menyertai kami tanpa melibatkan pihak ketiga dan perjanjian ini diantara peserta dan pihak syarikat sahaja.
