Using colored stripes the user can calculate the value of a resistor. If Certain rings are selected the temperature coefficient and the tolerance will be shown. As a standard tolerance of 20% which will be chosen and Displayed as far: as the user does not select anything. In addition information will be provided to tell Whether the Calculated value exists in the selected preferred series.

The pages where the operater can calculate high- and low-passes are Constructed Equally and Provide the same Functionalities. The user can enter a limiting frequency and can compute the corresponing resitor value. It is possible to modifiy the value of the capacitor used for the calculation. A default value will be used if no customized number is Entered. At the end of the page a resistor with colored stripes will be created DEPENDING on the Calculated number.

Each page has on information button Which Provides additional data.

The text contents of the app are written in German. However, since it is easy to understand, the use is also suitable as a foreign language!

Using color rings of the value of a resistor can be calculated. Moreover, the temperature coefficient and tolerance, provided that the corresponding rings were selected output. The default value of the tolerance is always indicated 20%, provided that the user has not made any own attitude. In addition, information shall be whether the calculated value in, the resistance belonging, E-series is available.

The pages to calculate the high- and low-pass filter have the same structure and thus provide the user with the same functionalities. Here the user can enter a cut-off frequency and can calculate the resulting resistance value. It is also possible the capacitor value which is used for the calculation to determine for themselves. Assuming this option is not true, a default value is used. The calculated resistance is last shown at the end of the page by color coding. Here the user can set the E-series and, after re-calculation, reading the new value.

Each page also has an info button that additional data is held.
