Father William was born in Guardiagrele Alimonti October 17, 1929 with the name of Alexander from Nicolangelo and Salvatore Gentile. The fulcrum of this intensive prayer is the Basilica Shrine dedicated to Our Lady of Seven Sorrows, where for the past more than 30 years Father William celebrates Mass at 6.00 am in the morning. The celebration brings together many of the faithful from the city of Pescara and surroundings and is animated by the chant, airs on the local Christian radio, Radio Hope every Sunday and on local TV, Network Otto.

Vocation
The Lord called me in a difficult time. War raged when I left the College and all life projects in the world. I understood well that war is a sign of hatred that is in the world. Possible that men should hate each other? You have to do something because they live in peace!
