We use technology all the time; in class, at home, gaming with friends, even on the move. The human body is not designed to sit still for long periods in the same posture or do the same task repetitively. All the things modern technology seems to encourage. Technology is often small meaning we use small muscles and tendons to do lots of intense work they aren't meant for, like your thumbs when gaming or texting. This is why you'll often feel discomfort after long periods of device use. Too much and you could develop an injury that effects you for the rest of your life.

With MOVE4Teens you will learn the healthiest ways to use the different devices you come into contact with every day. The course covers various technology like computers, laptops, tablets, games consoles and smart phones.

We've also included a bank of stretching exercises you can do if you start to feel uncomfortable or just want to loosen up when taking a break from your gadgets.
