Consolidated as the largest People Management event in Latin America, CONARH is accomplished by ABRH-Brazil (Brazilian Association of Human Resources) in partnership with its São Paulo sectional, ABRH-SP.

For three days, the CONARH promotes the interaction of more than 22,000 participants, including lawmakers and visitors to the EXPO ABRH trade show where companies present their solutions for managing people, many of them stored for release at the time.

In Congress, on lectures, talk shows and panels, renowned experts from Brazil and abroad analyze scenarios, discuss the main trends in human capital, provoke reflections on the most current issues in managing people and map future prospects.
