Step By Step Guide To Install Practical Timezone using BlueStacks

  1. Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.
  2. Open the APK/XAPK file: Double-click the APK/XAPK file to launch BlueStacks and install the application. If your APK/XAPK file doesn't automatically open BlueStacks, right-click on it and select Open with... Browse to the BlueStacks. You can also drag-and-drop the APK/XAPK file onto the BlueStacks home screen

This application provides the easy access to get your Timezone and time. This is version 1.0 of this application. Be aware that when you pulse the TimeZone an Time Request button you may have to wait a while depending on your internet connection. This application is powered by Google API Geolocation services which means that you would have to wait for the whole process to be completed.

A couple of mentions for the controls.

The Place Name is wherever you may want to check the time. It could be a city, the name of a business, a street. Anywhere you could reference in Google Maps. The Country Code is the code of the country of your location. It is not mandatory and you should always make sure that the code is correct. Examples pt for Portugal, uk for the United Kingdom, es for Spain ...). The Extra Info is another option feature. With this you may want to add something to your search. Generally it is never needed but if you find yourself in a very strange location it could come in handy.
