The zodiac according to Vedic Astrology comprises of 360 degrees.

There are 27 Nakshatras or constellation in it. Therefore, the value of each constellation is 13 degrees and 20 minutes when measured from the fixed initial point.

These 27 Nakshatras(stars) complete the entire circle of 360 degrees of the zodiac.

Moon travels very fast and crossing a single Rasi (Zodiac) will take about 2 ½ days. This Android application will enable one to identify results of The Moon in each Padas (Sections) of the Nakshtra at the time of the birth.

Positive Traits: These are the positive traits of the Native, if at the time of Birth Moon or Lord of 1st House (Ascendant Lord) is seated in given Nakshtra (Constellation).

Negative Traits: These are the negative traits of the Native if at the time of Birth Moon or Lord of 1st House (Ascendant Lord) is seated in given Nakshtra (Constellation).

Career Interests: At the time of Birth if Moon or Lord of 10th House is seated in given Nakshtra (Constellation) in Natal Chart, it shows the career interests for the Native.

Male Characteristics: These are the Characteristics of the Male native born under given Nakshtra (Constellation).

Female Characteristics: These are the Characteristics of the Female native born under given Nakshtra (Constellation).
