LifeMaker is a social network for bringing deeper happiness and meaning in our lives.

Our tribe communicates and coordinates using SmokeSignals. We expand our limits beyond individuality to include the surrounding environment, community and entire Earth in our sphere of love and care. We ask for help, offer help, share information and organize meetups and rituals. We gain or lose Karma based on feedback on our deeds by other members in the network.

When thanking someone, we gift a log of HolyWood to that person. This also increases their Karma by 5 points. When no-thanking, we reduce someone's Karma by 5 points and have to throw away a piece of own Holy Wood into the network's common wood pool. The cost of one wood ensures genuineness in the feedback and also empowers the one who gets thanks since wood is the fuel that burns the network.

LifeMaker is completely non-commercial, open source and community managed project.

We are currently in the phase of doing a pilot for ongoing HH16 (hillhacks.in)
