Memory Stretcher is an exercise for the brain that WILL increase your capacity for retention and recall.

Memory works best when storing details in pairs. This 'game' provides a random list characters, presented in pairs. They are provided in a timely manner and repeated. Doesn't sound like much but its the presentation that works.

Try to memorize a random list of 10 digits. How long does it take? Now try 20.

What if you could memorize 500 random digits in an hour and recall them at the end of the day?

Why It Works:
It is a rhythm thing.
It is easier memorizing two things together than two things separately.
It is hard to memorize something when your brain re-evaluates the information every time. It is hard using most memory training programs because the brain is distracted by the actual content.
You want to memorize a book like Shakespeare, you cannot read it. You must gather the words backwards as to make them meaningless to the brain. Then read them out in the proper direction.
The point is, numbers and alphabetic characters are in themselves dull to the brain. So it makes them more efficient to train by.
