Step By Step Guide To Install SERENA 2.0 using BlueStacks

The project, which insists in territories belonging to the area of ​​cooperation of IT-FR Maritime (Genoa, La Spezia, Lucca, Pisa, Cagliari, Sassari and Ajaccio), deals with three thematic areas relating them to one another, boating, the employment services, education and vocational training.
The overall project objective is to develop cross-border issues two networks, one for work and one for education and vocational training in order to improve, in qualitative and quantitative terms, access by citizens and firms to public services and encourage expansion of training and employment opportunities.
