The HomeSeekers app is the first app powered by California Regional MLS (CRMLS) that extends CRMLS Matrix access to member agents and allows their clients to search for homes as well.

HomeSeekers is equipped with an exciting feature called HomeAssist. While HomeSeekers still lets agents search listings, access Realist® tax data, property history and access maps, photos and driving directions for each house, HomeAssist empowers real estate agents to take client care to a whole new level by having the ability to “share” the app.

Upon login, agents (and clients they share the app with) will see their branding. The HomeAssist features opens up a new world of collaboration allowing agents and clients to share information and stay in constant contact.

Perform searches using all of the criteria that matters most including price range, beds, baths, square footage, year built, etc. Listing results and photos display brilliantly and the turn-by-turn direction capabilities help users find their way to the front door of houses with ease.

This is the app that finally breaks the barriers. The ability to save properties that are for sale, calculate mortgage payments, calculate home affordability and share via text, email, Facebook and Twitter takes collaboration and convenience to a whole new level.

CRMLS members, sign in as an agent using their credentials to begin utilizing agent only features such as your listing information, access to contacts and access to the agent directory.
