Dravya is an online database of Ayurvedic Ingredients and Products. It hosts information regarding:
- Herbs, animal products, metals, minerals and gemstones used in Ayurveda.
- Formulations and therapeutic preparations mentioned in classical Ayurvedic textbooks as well as those available in the market.

Version 1.0 has around 900 ingredients and 1000 products. With a quick-access layout, vivid images and advanced search features, Dravya introduces the best of modern day technology to the brilliance of ancient healing sciences. Dravya can be used as a quick reference tool with detailed information on identification, properties, therapeutic uses and market availability of ingredients and products. Dravya has an online notification feature which will help in revising textual knowledge as well as receiving updates on news, events and product launches.

Dravya is more like a reference book. But with a repertoire of ever-expanding content and greater ease to look things up, it is a much smarter alternative. Plus, the subscription fee of the ‘Dravya-professional pack’ is only a fraction of the price of most books in this genre. Dravya bypasses all the hassles of having to carry bulky books around or to forage through unreliable websites or to memorize thousands of ingredients and formulations.

Dravya also supports name search in more than 20 Indian and international languages. The content is presented in simple English with Sanskrit or technical terms in parenthesis only. This will help anyone with a passion in this topic, in formulating home remedies, healthy recipes, diets and so on. For diet planners, Dravya has also included the nutritive values of a variety of culinary ingredients that can be sorted based on their nutritive content.

Premium features like Advanced Search and High-res images and some of the core Ayurvedic content like Indications, Contraindications, Dose etc. are available only in the Professional Pack.
