However, point inappropriately the reasons for these have taken place, to discover the real reasons applies these techniques to some theories, human error and accident causes. The particularity of a construction site, requires you to make different combinations of such theoretical models. This article will show a pattern of tracing the causes of accidents adapted to the particularities of the construction industry made available in a mobile app. This tracking pattern suggests that accidents on construction sites occur as a result of three basic causes: A) the non-recognition of an existing risk in advance of the beginning of an activity or occurring after the beginning of this. B) ignore an existing risk and pursue an activity that is underway. C) act with negligence regardless of adverse site conditions. In addition, the tracking pattern reveals the obligation to determine the existence of risk situations before or during an activity and recommends that these situations occur under four circumstances: 1. unsafe actions of the worker or business partner; 2. management failure; 3. unpredictable events unrelated to the employee; 4. Circumstances existing properly unfavorable location at the beginning of the activities in the works. Thus, the tracking standard recognizes the possible management failure contribution and employee attitudes to the occurrence of an accident. This view helps to better explain the accidents on construction sites and to identify areas where care must be strengthened and targeted, so that both the worker and the management can provide more efficient models to prevent the occurrence of accidents.
