You can cut your ringtone any way you like, with editing controls that let you choose the start, end and length of your ringtone.
How To Use:-
Select the song from existing list or recordings.
Select area to be chopped from your audio.
Save as Ringtone/Music/Alarm/Notification.

The Quality of the ringtone saved will remain the same as the original one. So making ringtone from your favorite number is in your hand.
