Step By Step Guide To Install SIGEA ITTLA using BlueStacks

The application does the following:
* A proper dissemination of the events held within the Institute, mentioning that event, and the date and place where it is carried out.
* Being present at the event, attendees through the application, from any cell phone can upload photos and / or comments in a section set aside for the event.
* This information (photos and comments) will be shared online with all users who have the application on their mobile phones, so installed people who could not be present or attend may view the contents covered in the event, extending thus the knowledge generated.
