May architects and planners has won the selection of architects in 2013 for conversion of warehouse Fenix I in Katendrecht. The former warehouse will be filled with a mixed program of living, working, parking and recreation. On top will be 200 new loft apartments which rise to meet the needs of the buyers can be divided. This can be either horizontal or vertical classified apartments. In the Netherlands this is a unique concept.

After research from the surrounding building volumes on the Rhine harbor was decided in consultation with the Department of City Development to add a new volume on top of the shed.
