In this post, I am going to show you how to install Kaizen on Windows PC by using Android App Player such as BlueStacks, LDPlayer, Nox, KOPlayer, ...

Before you start, you will need to download the APK/XAPK installer file, you can find download button on top of this page. Save it to easy-to-find location.

Below you will find a detailed step-by-step guide, but I want to give you a fast overview of how it works. All you need is an emulator that will emulate an Android device on your Windows PC and then you can install applications and use it - you see you're playing it on Android, but this runs not on a smartphone or tablet, it runs on a PC.

Step By Step Guide To Install Kaizen using BlueStacks

Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.
Open the APK/XAPK file: Double-click the APK/XAPK file to launch BlueStacks and install the application. If your APK/XAPK file doesn't automatically open BlueStacks, right-click on it and select Open with... Browse to the BlueStacks. You can also drag-and-drop the APK/XAPK file onto the BlueStacks home screen
Once installed, click "Kaizen" icon on the home screen to start using, it'll work like a charm :D

Kaizen is designed to match recent retirees with non profit and social enterprise organizations that could utilize their lifetime of skills, talents and experience for projects that their organization is undertaking. This app seeks to match volunteers with unique and challenging volunteer experiences that will keep them engaged, and hopefully help combat the overall decline in volunteer services in recent years. The matching criteria pulls from profiles submitted by both the prospective volunteer and the organization. Matches are determined by cross referencing the volunteer opportunity postings and descriptions submitted by the organization with that of the volunteer profiles. The criteria submitted is centralized around advanced professional skills and personal talents. The app aims to strengthen the bridge between impactful service projects and personal interests. Organizations and volunteer users are encouraged to share as much as possible about their skills, goals, passions and talents to maximize the number of criteria on which the two can be matched. While only one matching criteria is required to establish a connection between a given user and an organization, the more robust the information provided, the more sophisticated and better tailored the match will be. When a match is established, the user and organization will each receive a notification with contact information and an available message window so that they may coordinate the terms of the volunteer arrangement and confirm that they agree the match is a good fit for each party's needs.
