We hope that by making Trash Toss, we have provided you a play experience that will teach you how to properly sort your waste at home. We focus on topics of curbside waste management (in Story Mode) and how your curbside waste gets sorted after it goes to the landfill (in Endless Mode). While playing, please keep in mind that our app focuses specifically on Santa Cruz county guidelines and the city’s Resource Management and Recovery Facility’s capabilities.
Waste management is a complex topic and we did our best to include the highlights in our game! Unfortunately, we could not bring up all the points we wanted to make so if you would like to look for more resources, visit the Santa Cruz Resource and Recovery Center at http://www.cityofsantacruz.com/recycleright.
