In this post, I am going to show you how to install ACTIVE on Windows PC by using Android App Player such as BlueStacks, LDPlayer, Nox, KOPlayer, ...

Before you start, you will need to download the APK/XAPK installer file, you can find download button on top of this page. Save it to easy-to-find location.

Below you will find a detailed step-by-step guide, but I want to give you a fast overview of how it works. All you need is an emulator that will emulate an Android device on your Windows PC and then you can install applications and use it - you see you're playing it on Android, but this runs not on a smartphone or tablet, it runs on a PC.

Step By Step Guide To Install ACTIVE using BlueStacks

Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.
Open the APK/XAPK file: Double-click the APK/XAPK file to launch BlueStacks and install the application. If your APK/XAPK file doesn't automatically open BlueStacks, right-click on it and select Open with... Browse to the BlueStacks. You can also drag-and-drop the APK/XAPK file onto the BlueStacks home screen
Once installed, click "ACTIVE" icon on the home screen to start using, it'll work like a charm :D

Description:

The Active app is an activity tracker for use with Kersh Health's corporate wellness programs. Using the app, you can track your daily step count, your active minutes, and your calories burned. The app will also give you insight into the intensity of your activity, using three categories: Steady, Moderate, and Intense.

To use the app, you must log in with your Kersh Health wellness username (or email) and password. Each time you open the app, your activity syncs with your Kersh Health wellness account and your steps are converted into Kersh Health's proprietary activity metric, the KAM point.

FEATURES:

The main screen of the app quickly communicates your active time, steps, and calories burned. It also displays your progress toward a goal of active minutes, which are minutes only earned when your activity is at a beneficial intensity level: Steady, Moderate, or Intense. While you will accrue steps through casual movement, acquiring active minutes towards your daily target will require deliberate walking, jogging, or running.

For short-term motivation, the app tracks your 10-Minute Step Count Average to help you remember to stay active throughout the day. In contrast, for longer-term engagement, the app shows your activity history for the last five days and gives you helpful graphs to help you benchmark and improve your active minutes and daily step count.

There is also a leaderboard for others who are using the app — seeing how others are doing can bring out positive competition.

Every time you open the app, it automatically syncs with your Kersh Health account, where your steps are converted to KAM points. This syncing and conversion from steps to KAM points will allow you to participate in your company's wellness program at KershHealth.com, including your wellness incentive plan and activity challenges.

On the profile view, you will be able to update your weight and set your notification preferences at any time.
