Meditation has been scientifically proven to reduce stress, improve health, concentration and nighttime sleep.

The anxiety
Anxiety, as an adaptive mechanism, is good, functional, normal and does not represent any health problem. However, in some cases, this mechanism works in an altered way, that is, it can cause health problems and, instead of helping us, it incapacitates us, that is where anxiety and meditations have a common purpose.

Anxiety means "emotional state unleashed by the anticipation of hazards or threats". It is a basic emotion and not primary (such as joy, anger or sadness) because it lacks its own characteristics.
