The Just in Case app from eReadia provides support for students encountering a mental health crisis that may involve thoughts of suicide. Information on the app addresses these potential areas of concern for students:

I can't cope...

I am worried about a friend...

I might hurt myself or others...

In addition, the Resources section links students to organizations and services dedicated to helping in a crisis.

Just in Case has been tested on college campuses since 2013, with hundreds of thousands of students having access to the app through their campus's counseling and wellness programs.

This edition of the app is designed for a general audience of college students on all campuses, offering information on warning signs of crisis and suggested responses, both for the student and for friends and bystanders.

Students on campuses that have adopted the Just in Case app via the mobile web can now access their campus-specific app through this new edition of Just in Case. Once the user identifies their campus from a list in the app, they can jump directly to their campus-specific information using the "Jump to My School" button.
