OnBook Smart Control on Windows Pc

NOTICE: To use this application is essential to have an active account in the MDM OnBook. Only for ICT managers and teachers of schools.

OnBook Smart Control is an innovative Classroom Control application that allows control of a quick and easy way students tablets. The teacher does not need anything else to be under control at all times classroom. Turns a mobile phone into a real remote control.

The various functions allow:
-Choose Group, including those created from the Control Panel OnBook MDM.
-Allow Internet access or deny.
-Activate Content filter on or off. Incorporates a filter OnBook
resident Internet that can be customized from the Control Panel MDM.
-button Pause: pause momentarily tablets, appearing a screen with the logo of OnBook. Useful to capture the attention of students, to give an explanation, etc. Automatically lifted his head to look at the teacher.
-button Play: serves to resume tablets on the same screen that were before pressing the Pause button.
-turn Off remotely tablets. In the event that a student will forget turn off at the end of the session.
-Reiniciar The tablet. Very useful if the tablet will use several students

Connection: When the application opens the wireless connection device is activated, and in the lower left corner of the network that is connected appears. If you have not connected the legend "No Internet" appears. Clicking on it, you can choose the wireless network to which we will connect, which must be the same to which devices are connected OnBook students, otherwise Aula Control will not work.

Register / Login: The first time you access the application must enter the user name of the teacher, who must be registered in the Control Panel MDM the school. If the input data mark the box "Remember me", the data is stored and the next time we go not be re-register.

Groups: After registering a window appears for group selection, among which were created in the MDM Control Panel. Once selected, will appear at the bottom the name of the selected group and to the right the number of connected devices. If you click on the group name or number, a screen where you can see all users in the group opens.

Close Control: Clicking on the icon of the three points, in the upper right corner, the option for "close control". From here we can exit the application and the next time will not have to check in again.

Forgetting user: If at check've checked the "Remember me" when you click on the icon of the three points, in the upper right corner, the option will be "forgotten user". If we scored when we return control to open we'll have to check again.
