The EvalEps implementation validates in real time (during classes), the general skills of master degrees worked in EPS reported in APSA sheets that make up the EPS educational project.

3 stages:

1- Create APSA records that will support evaluations by selecting from among the proposals: AFC targeted and skills worked in connection with the areas of the base.

The application provides optional, calculation notes related to the Masters degree profile (Not = 1pt acquired, being acquired = 2.5 pts, acquired and mastered = 4pts = 5pts): By default, these values are modeled on those of the current LSU (10-25 - 40 and 50pts) but remain editable when creating APSA sheets.
Moreover, it is possible to assign a coefficient to each AFC depending on the weight you want to assign in the calculation of the note. See tutorial.

Once the APSA records created, backup generates in the application directory (EvalEPS) as csv file of APSA records created to serve as models for future assessments (Once created, they are no longer to rebuild and remain changed at any time if the educational project evolves).
For information, csv files open Excel and LibreOffice and read like Excel or LibreOffice leaves.

2- Use a plug as APSA scorecard. Just simply assign a plug APSA previously created a class (of the type 6E1, 5E3, etc.) and a list of student names.
2 insertion of student name lists options:
- Manually name by name, box by box,
- by importing csv (= registered Excel file or csv LibreOffice utf8). See tutorial.

3- The scorecard is ready and can be used in real time during the course: See demo video.

If backups generate in the directory of EvalEPS application (to the tablet's root) as csv files of APSA records created or evaluation, they also offer you to save the CSV files on a cloud server like Dropbox or another.
In the end, all csv files created as backup and working with Excel or LibreOffice are durable and reliable backups for operating outside the shelf (For insertion of notes in Pronote example) ..

Many other options punctuate the application to your convenience.
