Step By Step Guide To Install Zambian Bill of Rights using BlueStacks

This Bill of Rights is the keystone of democracy in Zambia. It formally enshrines those fundamental rights and liberties considered essential for all people in our country. It avows the democratic values that border on human dignity, equality and freedom.
The Bill of Rights is subject to be incorporated in the New Zambian Constitution upon a Referendum on August 11th, 2016.
The purpose of this application is to act as a “Human Rights Defender” as per United Nations Human Rights Commission (UNHRC) holistic definition. “Human Rights Defender” is a term used to describe people who, individually or with others, act to promote or protect human rights……...” - UNHRC
As a human rights defender we want to play a part in making sure that our people are in the know of their rights and this in turn will culminate into helping them make an informed decision when going to the referendum come August 11th, 2016.
