Here's how you do it:
 
- Open PPG Technical Service app and sign in. If you do not already have a login, click on "Register", fill in the form and send the request. You will receive an email when your login is created.
 
- Dial by one touch on the screen.
 
- You come in contact with an available technician.
 
- Via phone, you can explain your problem. You also have the option to turn off the video to where you through your phone's camera can show the technician details. Just hold the phone toward what you want to display. The technician watching live video on its screen and has the ability to take still pictures along the way while you talk.
