In this post, I am going to show you how to install ResCalm(Mobile HealthCare) on Windows PC by using Android App Player such as BlueStacks, LDPlayer, Nox, KOPlayer, ...

From 1995-2015 more than 5000 scientific articles about HRV have been published and showed the positive effect on better sleeping, resilience with stress and anxiety, better concentration, better sport performance and an effective HRV-biofeedback treatment of depression and post traumatic stress disorder.
Breathing in the resonance frequency gives the feeling of calmness, but you also feel focused. That is why ResCalm is a combination of resilience and calmness by resonant breathing connected with the heart rhythm.
HOW CAN YOU FIND YOUR OWN RESONANCE FREQUENCY?
The heart has a pulse of about 60 beats a minute, but this pulse constantly accelerates and slows down. This acceleration and slowing down can be over-activated or it can be in balance. Breathing in your personal resonance frequency creates autonomic balance. Each person has an own resonance frequency ( breathing rhythm resonates with heart rhythm) of about 5 or 6 breaths a minute depending on the personal length of the blood vessels.

One of this training sessions will relate to your personal resonance frequency, feels the best and has the highest score. Next week you use only this training session. After a week you can try the 6 training sessions again and you will find out which has the best score and the best feeling. Than you make your choice definitively.
HOW LONG TRAINING WITH RESCALM ?
Normally people like playing with ResCalm and it feels good when you do it two times 10 minutes or 3 times 5 minutes a day. People say they feel more present, more focused, sleep better and feel more comfortable.
