In this post, I am going to show you how to install Multifunction Scoreboard on Windows PC by using Android App Player such as BlueStacks, LDPlayer, Nox, KOPlayer, ...

Before you start, you will need to download the APK/XAPK installer file, you can find download button on top of this page. Save it to easy-to-find location.

Below you will find a detailed step-by-step guide, but I want to give you a fast overview of how it works. All you need is an emulator that will emulate an Android device on your Windows PC and then you can install applications and use it - you see you're playing it on Android, but this runs not on a smartphone or tablet, it runs on a PC.

Step By Step Guide To Install Multifunction Scoreboard using BlueStacks

  1. Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.
  2. Open the APK/XAPK file: Double-click the APK/XAPK file to launch BlueStacks and install the application. If your APK/XAPK file doesn't automatically open BlueStacks, right-click on it and select Open with... Browse to the BlueStacks. You can also drag-and-drop the APK/XAPK file onto the BlueStacks home screen
  3. Once installed, click "Multifunction Scoreboard" icon on the home screen to start using, it'll work like a charm :D

[Note 2] about Bluetooth: At the moment, support for Bluetooth is not available on BlueStacks. Hence, apps that require control of Bluetooth may not work on BlueStacks.

How to install Multifunction Scoreboard on Windows PC using NoxPlayer

Multifunction Scoreboard is an App that lets you track players scores on several types of games.

Can be used with board, card and sports games.

It also includes a configurable countdown timer.

# How to Use #

There are two tabs on the App. One to manage the players score and other with the countdown timer.

--- SCOREBOARD tab

To add a new player, press the "Add" button. A window asking for the player name will be shown. Provide the player name and select "OK" to confirm. The player will be added to the list on the App´s main screen.

To decrease or increase a player's score, press the "-" or "+" buttons respectively. The amount of victory points to be decreased or increased, is defined through the "Step" field, available under the "Settings" option from the main menu.

On the "Settings" option, it is also possible to configure if the negative scores are allowed or not. If enabled, players scores can go below "0".

To change the players' name or score, press the corresponding line and a menu will be shown. Select the option "Edit", change the desired info and select the option "OK".

To add or subtract an specified amount of points from a player, press the corresponding line and select the option "Add/Subtract Points". Define the amount of points on the dialog window that will open and then press the "Add" or "Subtract" button.

To delete a player, press the corresponding line and select the option "Delete".

To see the players´ rank, press the button "Rank".

To clear the entire players' list, press the button "Clear".


--- TIMER tab

To set the timer, press the "Adjust" button and provide the minutes and seconds.

To start the timer, press the "Start" button. When the timer starts, button caption will change to "Stop". Press the "Stop" button to stop the timer.

To restart the timer to the configured value, press the "Reset" button.
